"Family Matters" is a heartfelt documentary by filmmaker Maximus Skaff, exploring the lives and relationships of sex workers and their families. The film showcases four families, their struggles, and the unconditional love that has helped them heal together.

 

Through captivating visuals and sensitive storytelling, the documentary provides an intimate look at these families, highlighting their challenges and the strong bonds that unite them. Max, the director, draws on his visual arts background to offer an authentic and ethical perspective on often overlooked LGBTQ+ realities.
