Photo exhibition created on a self-supporting platform, suitable for presentation both outdoors and indoors. The aim is to share and make known to as many people as possible portraits of the Black and non-binary LGBTQ+ community, while also showcasing the work of Montreal photographers who explore the theme of CELEBRATION for an identity that transcends skin color and gender. These sensitive and poetic images combat racism and homophobia.

The skin and faces of the Black LGBTQ+ community bear the lines of a multiple and diverse identity. Identity, skin, and faces - a photographic perspective on Afro queer identities presented by the Massimadi Foundation as part of its 15th edition of the Afro LGBTQ+ Festival, is a crucial gesture to combat repetitive discriminatory acts, strengthen Afro queer pride, and, above all, create a more inclusive city.
