ABOUT

Who we are?

Celebrate · Promote · Support

The Massimadi Foundation has been promoting the culture and arts of Afro LGBTQ+ communities since 2009. We provide a platform for the dissemination of our communities' artistic creations, thus addressing our underrepresentation in the mainstream cultural sphere.

Through cultural mediation, we combat discrimination against Afro LGBTQ+ people in addition to supporting their arts and creative expressions.

Through art, we combat homophobia, transphobia, and racism, while promoting healing and social progress.

Notre mission : Encourage and highlight the cultural contribution of Afro LGBTQ+ artists by promoting the arts through multidisciplinary events.

Through our Momentum festival and support program, we celebrate Afro-queer narratives and support the emergence of new artistic talent.
